FAQ
1. What file formats do you accept?
We recommend PNG files with a transparent background for the best results. We also accept PDF, AI, PSD, SVG, EPS, JPG, and TIFF files. For the highest print quality, artwork should be submitted at 300 DPI or higher.
2. Do you offer a Gang Sheet Builder?
Yes! Our online Gang Sheet Builder allows you to upload multiple designs, resize artwork, duplicate images, and maximize your sheet space before placing your order. If you already have a completed gang sheet, you can simply upload it and check out.
3. What is your turnaround time?
Orders approved before 2:00 PM ET may qualify for same-day production. Most orders are printed and shipped within 1–2 business days, depending on order volume and artwork readiness.
4. Do you have minimum order requirements?
No. We offer no minimum order quantities, making it easy to order a single transfer, a gang sheet, or large production runs.
