Welcome to Transfer305. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Orders & Artwork

By placing an order with Transfer305, you confirm that:

✔ You own the artwork submitted, or

✔ You have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to reproduce the artwork.

Customers are solely responsible for:

  • Artwork content

  • Spelling

  • Design placement

  • Print sizing

  • Quantity selection

  • File accuracy

  • Copyright permissions

Recommended File Formats

Vector Files (Preferred)

  • PDF

  • AI (Fonts Outlined)

  • SVG

Raster Files

  • PNG

  • TIFF

Recommended Resolution

✔ 300–600 DPI

✔ RGB Color Mode (sRGB Accepted)

2. Production & Turnaround Times

Transfer305 specializes in Same-Day DTF Transfers and Same-Day UV-DTF Transfers.

Same-Day Production

Orders submitted before 2:00 PM ET Monday–Friday may qualify for same-day production.

Orders submitted after the daily cutoff will generally be processed on the next production day unless rush production has been approved.

Production timelines may vary due to:

  • Order volume

  • Material availability

  • Equipment maintenance

  • Holidays

  • Unforeseen operational circumstances

Estimated production dates are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in writing.

3. Shipping & Local Pickup

Transfer305 offers:

✔ Nationwide Shipping

✔ Local Pickup in Miami

Local Pickup

Orders may be picked up at:

Customers will be notified when pickup orders are ready.

Shipping

Orders are shipped using third-party carriers and include tracking information when available.

Carrier transit times are estimates and may vary.

Transfer305 is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Service interruptions

  • Incorrect addresses supplied by customers

Guaranteed delivery dates are only available when supported by the selected shipping service.

4. Color Accuracy & Materials

Transfer305 operates as a G7 Master Qualified Facility and follows professional color management standards.

While we strive for color accuracy, slight variations may occur due to:

  • Monitor settings

  • Device displays

  • Material differences

  • Lighting conditions

  • File color profiles

Minor color variations do not constitute defects.

UV-DTF Applications

UV-DTF Transfers are designed primarily for:

✔ Hard Surfaces

✔ Smooth Surfaces

✔ Non-Porous Materials

Performance may vary depending on the application surface and environmental conditions.

5. Returns, Reprints & Refunds

All products are custom manufactured to order.

Because of this:

❌ Returns are generally not accepted for correctly produced custom orders.

If a verified production defect is identified, Transfer305 may provide:

✔ Reprint

✔ Store Credit

✔ Alternative Resolution

Claims must be submitted promptly after receiving your order.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own the artwork submitted, or

  • You have permission to reproduce the artwork

You agree not to submit artwork that infringes upon:

  • Copyrights

  • Trademarks

  • Patents

  • Publicity Rights

  • Other Intellectual Property Rights

By submitting artwork, you grant Transfer305 a limited license to reproduce, modify, process, and print the submitted files solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Transfer305 does not claim ownership of customer artwork.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Transfer305's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Transfer305 shall not be liable for:

  • Lost profits

  • Lost business opportunities

  • Indirect damages

  • Consequential damages

  • Special damages

  • Incidental damages

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which a claim is brought.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

✔ Reviewing artwork before submission

✔ Verifying sizing requirements

✔ Confirming shipping information

✔ Checking spelling and design accuracy

✔ Following pressing instructions

✔ Properly applying UV-DTF products

Transfer305 is not responsible for customer application errors, incorrect file submissions, or improper product use.

9. Website Usage

You agree not to:

  • Use the website unlawfully

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems

  • Upload harmful files or code

  • Violate intellectual property rights

  • Disrupt website functionality

Transfer305 reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or cancel orders that violate these terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from the use of our website or services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within Florida.

11. Changes to These Terms

Transfer305 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Updates become effective immediately upon posting to the website.

Continued use of the website after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
