Terms of Service

1. Orders & Artwork
By placing an order you confirm you own or have rights to the artwork supplied. You are responsible for spelling, sizing, and file accuracy. Preferred formats: Vector (PDF, AI outlined, SVG). Photos/illustrations: PNG/TIFF at 300–600 DPI. RGB (sRGB OK).

2. Production & Turnaround
Same-day production Mon–Fri for orders placed by 2:00 PM (ET). Later orders move to the next production day unless rush is confirmed. Production times may adjust due to capacity or material constraints.

3. Shipping & Pickup
We offer local pickup near Cutler Bay and ship via carriers with tracking. Carrier transit times are estimates and not guaranteed unless you select a guaranteed service.

4. Color & Materials
We print using a G7-calibrated workflow. Minor variance can occur across devices, materials, and lighting. UV-DTF is intended for hard, non-porous surfaces.

5. Returns & Reprints
Made-to-order items are eligible for reprint if a production defect is confirmed. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property
You represent that your content does not infringe any third-party rights. You grant us a license to reproduce your content for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
