It compares two uniform grid orientations; it does not solve mixed-size or irregular nesting. Its illustrative 20 by 30 sheet with 3 by 4 rectangles, 0.25 gap and 0.5 margins returns 30 normal-grid positions and 36 rotated-grid positions. Those are arithmetic estimates, not a supplier capacity claim.

Artwork pixels and print size

Open the artwork pixels and print-size calculator. Enter pixel dimensions, intended print size and a selected PPI target. The example uses 2400 by 1800 pixels at 8 by 6 inches and returns 300 PPI in each direction with matching aspect ratios. Pixel count does not prove image sharpness, transparency or supplier acceptance.
