Where can Hialeah businesses order DTF transfers?
Transfer305 prints DTF transfers in Miami for Hialeah print shops, uniform suppliers, teams, businesses, brands and creators, and the team works in English and Spanish. DTF gang sheets cost $0.02 per square inch with no minimum order, so a single transfer is a valid order.
Transfer305 is the online store of DTF Chroma Zone, our production facility at 10775 SW 190th St Unit 7, Miami, FL 33157. Everything is ordered online. Shipping is available, and Miami pickup opens once the order is marked ready.
Start with the DTF transfers collection, or send your artwork on WhatsApp and ask which route fits the job.
Which order route fits my artwork?
The route depends on how finished the artwork is. Choose one of four:
- Designs still need arranging and the sheet will keep growing: use the rolling canvas builder.
- The sheet size is already chosen: use the fixed-size DTF gang sheet builder.
- The whole production layout is finished: use the premade gang sheet upload.
- Each logo, name or number needs its own size and quantity: use DTF transfers by size at $0.04 per square inch.
What does a print shop send for a finished-sheet handoff?
Upload a complete production canvas that is already sized, arranged and proofed, with cutting space between designs. Do not upload loose designs into the finished-sheet product and expect the layout to be invented. A complete canvas gives a cleaner shop-to-shop handoff, and the order needs no redesign.
How do uniform names, numbers and reorders work?
Approve every name, number, size, quantity and placement before you pay. Save a controlled roster and the artwork version for the next order. A photo of the finished uniform does not contain the original vector file, the dimensions or the production notes.
What should I put in the first message?
Send the complete job in one message: artwork, desired dimensions, quantity by design, garment type, placement, deadline, and whether the order will ship or be picked up. Write to sales@transfer305.com or on WhatsApp, in English or Spanish.
What artwork file does a Hialeah order need?
Start from the original logo, a vector file or the largest source you have. A PNG is useful for transparency, but a PNG does not create resolution or repair a small image. For raster artwork, aim for 300 PPI at the final print size. Vector PDF, SVG or AI files scale cleanly for logos and lettering.
Keep intentional white artwork and remove only the exterior background that should not print. Use RGB/sRGB colors. Our team reviews files for basic printability and may contact you before production if a file has a significant problem. Read the artwork guide before a rush order.
How much do DTF transfers cost in Hialeah, and is there a minimum?
Gang sheets are $0.02 per square inch, and transfers ordered by size are $0.04 per square inch. There is no minimum quantity and no setup fee. The price for your width, height and quantity shows before checkout.
Example: a 3.5 × 4 in left-chest logo covers 14 square inches, so one transfer ordered by size costs $0.56. Gang sheets are 24.5 in wide and start at $2.99 for 24.5 × 6 in.
When can a print-ready Hialeah order get same-day production?
A qualifying weekday order placed by 2:00 PM ET can receive same-day production when it is paid, approved and print-ready, subject to capacity. That covers production only; it is not a shipping or delivery promise.
Readiness is the deciding factor: payment, approval, artwork and capacity all have to be in place. Wait for our ready confirmation before you travel for pickup.
How does bilingual ordering work for Hialeah customers?
Hialeah is a largely Spanish-speaking city, so lettering often includes Spanish names, accents and slogans. You can ask questions, send files and approve proofs in English or Spanish. Check accents and punctuation in the lettering before you approve, and never drop an accent to make a font fit.
Production still needs one clear file, final dimensions, quantity, placement, material and deadline. Keep the trade terms DTF, UV-DTF, gang sheet, upload, width and height unchanged in both languages, because literal translations can confuse a job ticket. Summarize the approved order in writing.
| Term | Plain meaning | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Gang sheet | Several designs arranged on one production canvas. | Separates layout work from by-size ordering. |
| Upload finished sheet | The complete canvas is already arranged. | Production does not redesign the file. |
| Width × height | The final printed size. | Avoids mixing up garment size and transfer size. |
| Same-day production | Production timing for qualifying, ready orders. | It does not promise delivery or carrier transit. |
Which garments, surfaces and printing methods fit?
Which garments does DTF fit?
DTF means direct-to-film: the design is printed on film with a heat-activated adhesive, then pressed onto the garment. The list of compatible fabrics covers cotton, polyester, poly-cotton blends, tri-blends, performance wear, hoodies, sweatshirts and totes. It suits custom t-shirt printing for staff shirts at cafeterías, barbershops and auto shops, team jerseys, church and school groups, and shirts for family parties and reunions.
Hot peel is the standard: after pressing, peel the film while it is still warm. The pressing guide has the fabric settings.
When should I order UV-DTF instead?
Smooth hard surfaces such as tumblers, glass, acrylic, plastic, metal and packaging belong to UV-DTF stickers. They are never used on fabric, skip the heat press, and call for a test on any surface you do not know.
How does DTF compare with other heat transfers and screen printing?
DTF prints a full-color transfer that you apply later to cotton, blends or polyester. Cut vinyl layers one color at a time, sublimation suits light polyester, and direct-to-garment printing goes straight onto the shirt. For a uniform run, DTF prints detailed artwork digitally, so names, numbers and small reorders do not need new screens. Screen printing can still suit a large run of one simple design. Some programs use screen printing for the launch and DTF for replacements and late names.
How are brand and team colors checked?
Send the Pantone® reference or an approved sample with the artwork. Pantone references get checked against our measured color data before printing. Colors in range print to target; for a color out of range, we show the closest printable option first. See Pantone color matching for DTF for the approval steps.
A color can look different under other light, so compare proofs under standard printing-industry viewing conditions. A screen will not match a printed transfer exactly.
How do print shops use Transfer305 for overflow and recurring work?
A print shop or uniform supplier can send overflow, specialty full-color artwork, variable names and numbers, or recurring transfers. Use job codes, approved versions, packing instructions and customer separation. Finished-sheet upload is the most controlled route when the shop already owns the complete layout.
Recurring uniform programs need a replacement standard. Preserve the logo file, role or department, placement size, garment group and prior order reference. Order new hires from the approved program, not from a photo of an old garment. Confirm spelling, accents, names and numbers before approval, use one final file version per job, and plan controlled spares for roster and deadline risk.
