The Product Size and File Size Must Agree

Do not scale a finished sheet casually to fit a different product. If the canvas dimensions do not match, go back to the source layout and export correctly. Resizing the complete raster canvas can change effective resolution and printed dimensions.

A premade upload is efficient because the layout is already approved. It is not a design service. Transfer305 can identify an obvious concern, but the customer remains responsible for canvas, spelling, quantity, design content, and final arrangement.

Resolution and Transparency Still Matter

PNG is useful for a transparent raster canvas but does not create detail. Verify actual pixel dimensions at the intended physical size. Preserve intentional white elements and review semi-transparent edges. For technical guidance, use the artwork requirements.

Standard DTF pricing is $0.02 per square inch, with no minimum quantity. Production occurs in a G7 Master Qualified facility (ID 534486). A premade upload is a final production canvas

Choose the upload workflow only when the complete sheet is already arranged at the final dimensions. The production team should not need to resize, add copies, rearrange designs, remove backgrounds, or interpret missing quantities. The purchased sheet size and the file canvas must match.

A preview image of the sheet is not the same as the production file. Export from the design application using the intended canvas dimensions and a format that preserves the required detail and transparency. Keep the editable source file in case the customer later requests a correction or reorder.

The finished-sheet workflow preserves the supplied layout. That is valuable for agencies, print shops, and designers who need control over placement, nesting, and copy count. It also means the customer owns the design decisions in the uploaded canvas. Production should not silently redesign an approved sheet.

If a correction is required, create and upload a revised file with a new version name. Do not send several files labeled “final” without identifying which one replaces the others. Written version control is especially important for names, numbers, dates, and branded artwork.

  • Verify the artwork after export, not only inside the design application.

For reorders, supply the original order reference and the exact approved sheet when possible. If one name or quantity changes, document the change and save a new version. This protects the historical record and reduces accidental use of an obsolete canvas.
