What is a premade DTF gang sheet?

A premade DTF gang sheet (also written pre-made) is a gang sheet you have already finished: every design is sized, counted and placed in one print-ready file. You upload that file, select the matching sheet size and we print it as submitted at $0.02 per square inch, with no minimums. This product prints your own file. It does not include artwork or design services.

1. Finish the layout in your design software, with every design at its final size, count and position.

When should I use the premade upload?

Use it when artwork placement, dimensions, copies, orientation and canvas size are final. It suits print shops, agencies, designers and decorators who already control placement, nesting and copy count. Our production team should not need to resize, add copies, rearrange designs, remove backgrounds or interpret missing quantities.

If you still have separate designs, arrange them first with the DTF gang sheet builder. If you need only a few individually sized pieces, use DTF transfers by size. What should I check before I upload?

Proof the whole canvas, not only the individual designs. A premade sheet is a final production canvas, so each item below should be true before you submit it.

• The canvas dimensions match the product selected.
• Every design stays inside the canvas.
• No designs overlap.
• Cutting space is intentional.
• Quantities, spelling, names and numbers are final.
• The exterior background is transparent unless a full background is intentional.
• No crop marks, registration marks, color bars or unused objects remain.
• Fonts are outlined and linked artwork is embedded where applicable.

Why must the file size match the sheet size?

The purchased sheet size and the file canvas must match. Do not scale a finished sheet casually to fit a different product, because resizing the complete raster canvas can change effective resolution and printed dimensions. If the dimensions do not match, return to the source layout and export it correctly.

A preview image of the sheet is not the same as the production file. Export from your design application at the intended canvas dimensions, in a format that keeps the detail and transparency you need, and keep the editable source in case you request a correction or a reorder.

What resolution and transparency does the file need?

PNG is useful for a transparent raster canvas, but it does not create detail. Verify the actual pixel dimensions at the intended physical size, and aim for 300 PPI when possible. Preserve intentional white elements, review semi-transparent edges and remove only the exterior background that should not print. For technical guidance, use the DTF artwork requirements.

How much does it cost to upload a DTF gang sheet?

Uploaded DTF gang sheets cost $0.02 per square inch, with no minimum quantity and no setup fees. A 24.5 × 6 in sheet starts at $2.99, and a 24.5 × 24 in sheet is $11.49. Sheets come in lengths from 6 to 300 inches, and the price for the size you select appears before checkout.

The gang sheet rate is half the $0.04 per square inch rate for DTF transfers by size, so a well-filled sheet usually costs less per design than ordering each design alone. A complete premade sheet can also reduce artwork setup time.

What can I print with a DTF gang sheet?

DTF gang sheets are for garments and fabric, including cotton, polyester and blends. Print shops, agencies, designers, apparel brands and teams use finished sheets to keep control of placement, nesting and copy count. For glass, acrylic, plastic or metal, use UV-DTF instead: the upload UV-DTF gang sheet product is the matching upload option for hard surfaces.

Who is responsible for the layout?

A premade upload is efficient because the layout is already approved. It is not a design service. Transfer305 can identify an obvious concern, but you remain responsible for the canvas, spelling, quantity, design content and final arrangement. Production does not silently redesign an approved sheet.

If a correction is needed, create and upload a revised file with a new version name. Do not send several files labeled “final” without saying which one replaces the others. Written version control matters most for names, numbers, dates and branded artwork.

• Use one final file per ordered sheet.
• Include the intended physical canvas dimensions in the file name or order note.
• Verify the artwork after export, not only inside the design application.
• Keep the editable source and the final exported file for reorders.
• Use a builder instead if the layout is not complete.

For reorders, supply the original order reference and the exact approved sheet when possible. If one name or quantity changes, document the change and save a new version. That protects the record and avoids accidental use of an obsolete canvas.

How do I press the transfers from my sheet?

Cut the sheet apart, pre-press the garment, position each transfer, press at the settings for the fabric and hot peel the film while it is warm. The DTF heat press settings guide lists temperature, time and pressure by fabric. Test on scrap fabric first if you have not used the fabric before.

How do production timing and pickup work?

Qualifying, paid, approved, print-ready weekday orders placed by 2:00 PM ET can receive same-day production, subject to capacity. Eligibility still depends on payment, approval, file readiness and production capacity. Same-day production applies to qualifying orders and is not same-day carrier delivery. Pickup is coordinated at 10775 SW 190th St Unit 7, Miami, FL 33157 only after ready confirmation, and orders can also ship nationwide.
