Who do we print for?

We print for apparel brands, custom T-shirt businesses, print shops, embroidery shops, promotional product companies, sports teams, schools, corporate businesses, event organizers, Etsy sellers, small business owners and content creators.

What can DTF and UV-DTF transfers be applied to?

DTF transfers are for garments and fabric, including cotton, polyester and blends, and products such as hoodies, sweatshirts and tote bags. UV-DTF transfers are for smooth hard surfaces such as glass, acrylic, plastic, metal, packaging and drinkware, and they need no heat press. Unfamiliar surfaces should be tested first.

If you are not sure which product fits your project, describe the garment or object to our team and we will point you to the right option.

How is DTF different from screen printing and other methods?

DTF is a digital process that is strong for detailed full-color artwork, variable quantities, and mixed garment materials without burning separate screens. Screen printing can still be the better fit for certain large, simple, identical runs. Our guides compare DTF with screen printing, sublimation and cut vinyl so you can match the method to the job.

Can qualifying orders get same-day production?

Qualifying, paid, approved, print-ready weekday orders placed by 2:00 PM ET can receive same-day production, subject to capacity. Same-day production on a qualifying order is not same-day delivery: shipping and carrier delivery are separate steps, and pickup happens after we confirm the order is ready.

How does Transfer305 handle color?

We check Pantone® color references against our measured data before printing. Colors inside our printable range print to target, and for colors outside that range we show the closest printable option before printing. Read how this works on our Pantone® color matching for DTF and UV-DTF page.

DTF Chroma Zone is a G7 Master Qualified facility, and production is led by a G7+ Expert. Credential details, and what G7 does and does not mean, are on our credentials page.
