Transfer305 Return & Refund Policy

At Transfer305, we take pride in providing high-quality DTF Transfers, UV-DTF Transfers, and custom printed products. Because all products are custom-made to your specifications, please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

By placing an order with Transfer305, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Custom Printed Products

All DTF Transfers, UV-DTF Transfers, Gang Sheets, and custom printed products are made specifically for your order.

Due to the custom nature of our products:

❌ We do not accept returns for correctly printed custom orders.

❌ We do not provide refunds for customer-submitted artwork errors.

❌ We do not provide refunds for incorrect sizing selected by the customer.

❌ We do not provide refunds for color variations resulting from differences in monitor or screen settings.

Please review all artwork, sizing, and order details carefully before submitting your order.


Order Approval Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing:

✔ Artwork Quality

✔ Design Placement

✔ Spelling

✔ Sizing

✔ Quantity

✔ Product Selection

✔ Shipping Information

Transfer305 is not responsible for errors submitted by customers during the ordering process.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a production error, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order.

To submit a claim, please provide:

  • Order Number

  • Description of the Issue

  • Clear Photos of the Product

  • Photos of Packaging (if applicable)

Our team will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Approved claims may qualify for:

✔ Replacement Product

✔ Store Credit

✔ Partial Refund (if applicable)

Resolution options are determined at Transfer305's discretion after review.


Artwork Quality Issues

Transfer305 prints the files provided by the customer.

We are not responsible for issues resulting from:

❌ Low-resolution artwork

❌ Pixelated images

❌ Incorrect file setup

❌ Transparent effects

❌ Spelling mistakes within artwork

❌ Improper sizing submitted by the customer

Customers are encouraged to review our File Requirements and Artwork Guidelines before ordering.


Color Variations

While we use professional color management practices as a G7 Master Qualified Facility, slight color variations may occur due to:

  • Monitor settings

  • Device displays

  • File color profiles

  • Material differences

Minor color variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds or replacements.


Shipping Issues

Transfer305 is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers

  • Carrier service interruptions

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier.


Lost Packages

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier directly.

Transfer305 will assist where possible but cannot guarantee reimbursement for carrier-confirmed deliveries.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production may begin quickly, especially for Same-Day DTF Transfers and Same-Day UV-DTF Transfers, order modifications or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests must be submitted immediately after ordering.

If production has not started, we may be able to cancel the order.

If production has already begun:

❌ Cancellation requests may be denied.

❌ Refund requests may not be approved.


Local Pickup Orders

Customers selecting local pickup are responsible for collecting their orders during business hours.

Transfer305 is not responsible for products left unclaimed for extended periods.


Refused Deliveries

Orders refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect shipping address may be subject to:

  • Additional shipping fees

  • Re-shipping charges

  • Handling fees


Store Credit

In certain situations, Transfer305 may offer store credit as a resolution instead of a refund.

Store credits may be issued for:

✔ Approved claims

✔ Production issues

✔ Customer service resolutions

Store credit policies are determined on a case-by-case basis.
