Count decorations before selecting a sheet
For a Miami Beach project with apparel and branded objects, start with what will actually be decorated. Transfer305 supplies DTF transfers for compatible garments and UV-DTF decals for suitable hard surfaces. A shirt and a bottle carrying the same logo still need different transfer products.

Keep stock, tests and reserves separate
Make one row per design and printed size. Record four quantities: pieces required for the project, pieces allocated to testing, deliberate reserves and the resulting order total. Garment size labels do not automatically determine transfer dimensions.
Hypothetical example: 24 shirts each need one front logo. You choose two transfers for testing and two as reserves: 24 + 2 + 2 = 28 transfers. Separately, 12 bottles need one decal each; one test decal and one reserve make 14 decals. These allowances are example choices, not a recommended rate or proof that one test establishes every material’s compatibility.
If artwork sizes vary, split the rows before adding totals. Decide which reserves are useful for that design and size; do not apply an invented percentage to every project.

Reconcile the artwork with the order
When arranging a gang sheet, include the actual number of copies needed on the submitted layout. When ordering individual transfers, reconcile the selected quantity with your worksheet. Review the finished file using the artwork guide. Keep garment transfers and object decals clearly identified so the operator does not mix them during application.
Record what was used and what remains after the project. Future orders can use that actual record rather than repeating the first allowance without checking it.
