Which transfer fits wardrobe, and which fits a prop?

UV-DTF decals apply to smooth hard surfaces such as glass, acrylic, plastic and metal, and they are not for fabric. A prop bottle can be glass, plastic or metal, so measure the flat area where the decal will lie and enter that width and height. Test a decal on the real prop before you order the full quantity, because coating, curve and texture affect adhesion. If a graphic must come off again after the shoot, read UV-DTF or removable vinyl for temporary branding before you choose.
How do you approve the filmed appearance separately?
For wardrobe and props, review the proposed graphic at its intended size in the production’s lighting and framing. This is our suggested review method, not a promise about camera appearance. Keep the approved design version attached to the item it belongs on.
Imagine a shoot orders branded prop bottles and later decides to hand matching items to passersby. This is a hypothetical example. Treat the giveaway as a changed use and have the production coordinator confirm its authorization before adding it to the order.
How do you prepare artwork for production items?
Prepare one file per approved item, at the printed size in inches, and name it with the item and the version. For raster artwork, aim for about 300 pixels per inch at that size, or use vector artwork for logos and lettering. Keep small text and thin lines a little away from the edges of the graphic.
