Same-day DTF production for qualifying weekday orders

Need DTF transfers for a time-sensitive job? Qualifying weekday orders that are paid, approved and print-ready before 2:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday can receive same-day production, subject to capacity.

Ask us to review your urgent DTF order with the final file, print dimensions, quantities, product choice and required date. Include your delivery ZIP code or tell us you plan to collect from Miami. A complete request gives us the information needed to assess the job.

Same-day production means producing an eligible transfer order. Pickup readiness, carrier handoff and delivery are separate steps. Confirm the complete arrangement before promising a finished-job deadline to your customer.

Make the order ready for a production decision

• Final artwork: identify the approved file version and remove uncertainty about which design to print.
• Finished dimensions: specify the width and height for every graphic or the complete prepared sheet.
• Accurate quantities: list the copy count for each design and any size variation.
• Product choice: confirm the DTF ordering route and accepted configuration.
• Payment and approval: complete both within the qualifying window.
• Handover requirement: state the date you need the transfers in hand and your pickup or delivery plan.

Submitting an enquiry or uploading an unfinished file does not by itself complete these conditions. If artwork, quantity or size changes, ask us to review the revised order and its timing.

Choose the route that fits the file you have

• Finished sheet: use the print-ready DTF gang sheet upload.
• Designs that need a layout: use the DTF gang sheet builder and review the completed arrangement.
• Individual logos or placements: use DTF transfers by size with the final dimensions and quantities.

Review the product configuration and actual total before approving the order. Choose the route that gives you the correct file and quantities; an urgent deadline does not replace that check.

Plan Miami pickup after ready confirmation

Our production facility is DTF Chroma Zone at 10775 SW 190th St Unit 7, Miami, FL 33157. Wait for confirmation that the order is ready before traveling. Review the Miami facility and pickup details when deciding how to collect.

Tell us when the transfers are needed and allow for your own garment application and final approval. A ready transfer order and a finished apparel job are different milestones in the same project.

Check shipping against the actual destination

For a shipped order, provide the complete delivery address and review the available shipping options and rates at checkout. Ask us to assess the requested date with the final order details. Production eligibility does not establish a carrier handoff or arrival guarantee.

For large orders or special requirements, ask about the actual scope and available production capacity. After the cutoff, or when approval is incomplete, ask for the next available production arrangement instead of assuming the order can be completed that day.

Send a complete urgent-order message

For finished printed T-shirts or polos, request a project-specific timeline that includes garment availability and the complete printing work. The transfer-production condition alone does not establish a finished-apparel deadline.

What is the best ordering route if my gang sheet is already print-ready?

Use the prepared DTF gang-sheet upload when the complete sheet is already laid out and ready for review. Confirm the final dimensions and quantity before submission. For an urgent order, confirm approval and capacity rather than treating upload time alone as production acceptance.

When should I leave for Miami pickup after ordering?

Wait until Transfer305 confirms the order is ready. Payment, file submission and same-day production eligibility do not by themselves confirm pickup readiness. Keep the order reference available when discussing your collection arrangements.
