Wholesale DTF transfers for print shops and apparel brands
Keep your next apparel job moving with custom DTF transfers printed from your artwork. Transfer305 gives print shops, clothing brands and repeat buyers three ways to order: upload a finished gang sheet, build a sheet online or order individual graphics by size.
Print the transfers with us and manage the garment application in your own workflow. For a large run or recurring work, send the final artwork sizes, quantity by design and required date for a project quote. You can review the actual order scope and cost before committing to your customer's job.
We are a veteran-owned business. Transfer305 is the online store of DTF Chroma Zone, our production facility in Miami. Choose your ordering route below, or send the project specifications for review.
Choose the ordering route that matches your file
- Your sheet is already prepared: use the print-ready gang sheet upload and review the accepted sheet dimensions and quantity.
- You need to arrange several designs: use the DTF gang sheet builder. Check the complete layout and quantities before approving the order.
- You need defined individual graphics: compare DTF transfers by size using the final artwork dimensions and quantities for the job.
Compare the configured sheet total with the by-size item subtotals for the same designs, dimensions and quantities. Include the usable layout and space to separate the pieces. Review the actual quote rather than relying on a universal fill percentage or an assumed bulk saving.
Build the quote around the way your shop works
- Overflow work: identify the finished job deadline and the transfer specifications your team is ready to apply.
- Clothing-brand runs: keep each artwork version, placement and size variation on the order list.
- Repeat business orders: reference the approved file and prior order, then list the new quantities and any changes.
Keep transfer production, your application work and the final customer handover in the same job plan. If the order needs special packing or identification, describe it before the quote is approved so we can confirm the requested scope.
Send a brief that can be priced and checked
- Garment type, material and any relevant blank model.
- Artwork version and final width and height for every design.
- Quantity for each design and placement, including any size variations.
- The date you need the transfers in hand, with time for your own application and approval.
- Destination ZIP code or your preference for Miami pickup.
- An approved color reference or previous order reference when relevant.
Prepare the file with our artwork guidelines. If the design or quantity changes after a quote, ask for the revised specification and total before approving payment.
Agree on price and production arrangements before promising a deadline
Ask us to confirm the price for the actual configuration, production arrangements and any special project requirements. Review transfer cost, tax and any shipping charge as separate parts of the order. Production completion, pickup readiness and delivery are different stages.
For a large order or an overflow job for your print shop, include the date your customer needs the finished work. Make clear whether you need printed transfers for your own press or finished printed shirts and polos. Those are different project scopes and need the appropriate quote.
Keep one approved record for repeat orders
Keep the order reference, final artwork revision, dimensions, quantities, garment information and any approved color reference together. For a reorder, identify what stays the same and what changes. A new garment, color, size or artwork revision should be visible in the new request. See brand-color approval for repeat orders.

Choose the right wholesale DTF order
Who are wholesale DTF transfers best for?
Wholesale DTF ordering is a practical fit for print shops, apparel decorators and businesses that apply transfers to their own garments. Send Transfer305 the artwork, finished print sizes, quantities and required date so the full project can be reviewed. Confirm the quoted price and production arrangements before promising a deadline.
Is a gang sheet or an individual transfer better for my wholesale job?
Compare the same artwork, sizes and quantities in both ordering options. A gang sheet lets you arrange several graphics together; ordering by size lets you specify individual graphics. Review the configured totals and your application workflow before choosing.
What should I include when requesting a repeat DTF order?
Include the previous order reference, approved artwork version, finished dimensions, quantities and any approved color reference. Identify changes to the garment or deadline. A repeat-order record helps Transfer305 review the new job against the correct specifications.
