Custom UV-DTF cup wraps made from your artwork
Turn your logo, illustration or event design into a custom UV-DTF graphic for a suitable cup or tumbler surface. Order a front decal, a graphic band or a full-wrap layout using dimensions measured on the actual blank.
Start a UV-DTF order by size for an individual graphic, or compare the gang-sheet routes below for several designs. Keep the final artwork size and quantity clear so you can review the configured total before checkout.
Bring your own artwork and specify the cup model, material and finish. For business merchandise, a branded gift or a coordinated event set, list each design version and the number of pieces you need. We print your graphics; the cup and its intended use determine the surface review and application plan.
Start with the actual cup and the area you can use
Identify the blank model, material, finish and intended use. Measure the usable exterior height and the distance around the part of the cup where the graphic will sit. Note handles, curves, taper and any proposed wrap meeting point.
A capacity label such as 16 oz or 20 oz does not establish a universal wrap size. Check the actual blank and artwork proportions before choosing dimensions. Our cup-wrap measurement and placement guide explains the distinction between a front decal and a full wrap.
Choose by-size ordering, a builder or a prepared sheet
- One design at a defined final size: review UV-DTF transfers by size with the artwork dimensions and quantity you need.
- Several graphics to arrange: use the UV-DTF gang sheet builder and review the full layout and counts.
- A completed sheet file: use the UV-DTF gang sheet upload with the prepared file and its required sheet dimensions.
Keep a separate specification for every artwork version and final size, with its required quantity. For repeated wraps, check the number of copies against the actual layout rather than estimating a yield from the cup's capacity.
Review artwork dimensions and the quoted total
Preserve the design's proportions. Review its visible edges, the complete file and any proposed fit or crop. Before payment, compare the intended artwork dimensions with the accepted configuration and the dimensions used for the quote.
Check the price per transfer and the subtotal for your quantity, or the configured sheet total. Include any tax and shipping when reviewing the final order. A reference rectangle or a larger planning box does not automatically define the artwork size being charged.
Prepare a clear request for several designs or a larger quantity
Send the cup model, material and finish, the artwork, usable dimensions, quantity by design and required date. Identify any color reference or previous approved version. Ask us to review the exact surface and intended use when those details are uncertain.
Discuss the cup project with Transfer305. For general order questions, contact sales@transfer305.com or (305) 801-8267. Our production facility is DTF Chroma Zone at 10775 SW 190th St Unit 7, Miami, FL 33157; pickup follows confirmation that the order is ready.
Choose the right cup graphic and ordering format
What is best for my cup: a front decal, graphic band or full wrap?
Choose the layout after measuring the actual blank and usable exterior area. A front decal uses a smaller section, while a full wrap must suit the cup's shape around that area. Identify the material, finish and intended use before approving the transfer.
Does a 16 oz or 20 oz cup label tell me which wrap size to order?
Capacity alone does not establish the usable height, circumference or wrap fit. Measure the exact cup model and check its template before choosing dimensions. Keep the approved artwork size, blank model and quantity together in your order specification.
Which UV-DTF option is best for several cup designs?
Compare a UV-DTF gang sheet with individual transfers by size using the same designs, final dimensions and quantities. Keep different cup models and artwork versions separate in the specification, and review the configured totals before choosing the order format.
