DTF transfers for Florida City farms, crews and roadside businesses

Farms, nurseries, packing houses, roadside stands, tour and fishing operators, churches and schools in Florida City can order DTF transfers printed in Miami. Transfer305 is the online store of DTF Chroma Zone, our production facility at 10775 SW 190th St Unit 7, Miami, FL 33157. Browse DTF transfers, or send your logo and quantity on WhatsApp.

Which Florida City jobs fit DTF transfers?

Florida City is the southernmost city in Miami-Dade County, at the gateway to the Florida Keys and Everglades National Park, with farmland all around it. Local custom t-shirt printing jobs include crew shirts for harvest and nursery teams, staff shirts for packing houses, motels and restaurants, shirts for fishing charters and tour operators, church and school group shirts, and youth team jerseys.

Cotton, polyester, blended fabrics, tri-blends, performance wear, hoodies, sweatshirts and tote bags can all be pressed with DTF. Polyester and performance fabrics take lower heat than cotton, so press a test garment first and follow the fabric settings in the pressing guide.

Can I print labels for jars, bottles and souvenirs?

Yes, with UV-DTF stickers. A roadside stand selling honey, jam, hot sauce or salsa can put a printed label straight onto glass jars and bottles, and a souvenir shop can brand cups and tumblers. The process suits smooth hard surfaces such as glass, plastic, metal, acrylic, packaging and drinkware. Fabric is out, no heat press is involved, and a first test on an unfamiliar surface is wise.

Brands that bottle or jar a product often order about 100 to 400 labels per design, from about 1 to 4.5 inches across. Order them on UV-DTF transfers by size with a quantity for each design. The jar label guide compares UV-DTF with shrink sleeves.

How do I order for a farm crew or a produce stand?

  1. Count the pieces: shirts, jars or bottles, and which logo goes where.
  2. Pick the route. One logo on many shirts means DTF transfers by size with a quantity. Several logos at once fit on one sheet in the DTF gang sheet builder.
  3. Upload the artwork at its final size and confirm the width and height. The price shows before checkout.
  4. Pay, then choose shipping, or wait for our ready confirmation and pick up in Miami.

What artwork file does a Florida City order need?

A transparent PNG made at the final print size suits most raster logos, and vector PDF, SVG or AI files scale cleanly for lettering. PSD, EPS, JPG and TIFF files are accepted too. For raster art, aim for 300 PPI at that size, keep intentional white, remove only the unwanted background, and use RGB/sRGB colors.

If all you have of your logo is a photo of a sign or a truck door, send it with the size you need and ask what is possible. Redrawing, when it is offered, has to be confirmed first and is not included automatically. Our team reviews files for basic printability and may contact you before production if a file has a significant problem. The artwork guide lists the checks.

What does a DTF print cost in Florida City?

On gang sheets, DTF is $0.02 per square inch and UV-DTF is $0.04. Ordered by size, DTF is $0.04 and UV-DTF is $0.06. There is no minimum order and no setup fee.

A 4 × 6 in logo for a crew-shirt chest covers 24 square inches: $0.96 by size, or $0.48 on a gang sheet where you cut the pieces apart yourself. A 2 × 3 in jar label covers 6 square inches, so it is $0.36 each by size.

Orders ship from Miami, or wait for pickup there after our ready confirmation. No Florida City storefront exists.

Should a farm use DTF, screen printing or embroidery for crew shirts?

It depends on the logo and the quantity. DTF prints a full-color logo with fine detail at any count, so a crew of eight and a crew of eighty are ordered the same way. Screen printing suits a large run of one simple design. Embroidery stitches the logo with thread, so tiny letters and shading may need a simplified version; compare both methods at the real size before you decide.

How is color checked for crew shirts and product labels?

Send the Pantone® reference for your brand color, or an approved sample such as a label you already use. We run the reference through our measured color data before printing. In-range colors print to target, and anything outside our range comes with a closest-printable-option preview before we print. Colors shift under other light and on other surfaces, so judge the proof on the garment or container it is meant for, under standard printing-industry viewing conditions.

Can qualifying orders get DTF transfers made in Florida with same-day production?

Yes. Transfer305 does the DTF printing at DTF Chroma Zone in Miami, Florida. Same-day production applies to qualifying weekday orders: placed by 2:00 PM ET, paid, approved, print-ready and within capacity. Pickup and shipping are separate steps.

For pickup, wait for our ready confirmation before you head to Miami. If your crew works to a schedule, send the date you need the shirts when you place the order.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum order for a small stand or farm?

No. Orders carry no minimum quantity and no setup fee, so one shirt transfer, one jar label or a full crew order are placed the same way. By-size transfers are $0.04 per square inch for DTF and $0.06 for UV-DTF, and the price for your exact size and quantity appears before checkout.

Can UV-DTF labels go on glass jars and plastic bottles?

Yes. UV-DTF suits smooth glass, plastic, metal and acrylic and goes on without a heat press: clean and dry the surface, place the label, and press firmly. Test an unfamiliar or curved container before ordering a large quantity, and measure the flat area available for the label.

Do you have a Florida City location?

No. Production and pickup are at DTF Chroma Zone in Miami, and pickup is arranged once we confirm the order is ready. When the trip does not fit your day, ask for shipping instead and tell us which you prefer when you send the artwork.

Will DTF work on polyester and performance work shirts?

Yes. DTF works on polyester and performance wear as well as cotton and blends. Those fabrics need lower heat than cotton to keep the garment's dye from bleeding into the print, so press a test garment and follow the pressing guide's fabric settings before you do the whole crew order.

Can I send a photo of my logo?

You can, along with the size you need, and ask what is possible. A photo of a sign rarely carries enough detail for a clean print, so the original file or a vector version is better. If redrawing is an option for your logo, it is confirmed first and is not included automatically.

Can my order be shipped to Florida City?

Yes. Orders can ship, or you can pick up in Miami after our ready confirmation. Same-day production for a qualifying order covers production, not shipping or delivery, so build carrier transit into your date. Pick whichever option suits your schedule when you order.
