DTF transfers for Goulds: we print them in Miami, you press them
Transfer305 prints DTF transfers to order at its Miami production facility, so a customer in Goulds needs a heat press to apply them, not a DTF printer. A DTF gang sheet is $0.02 per square inch, a transfer sized one design at a time is $0.04 per square inch, and there is no minimum order and no setup fee. The finished order waits in Miami until we confirm it is ready, and then you collect it or we ship it.
Transfer305 is the online store of DTF Chroma Zone, our production facility at 10775 SW 190th St Unit 7, Miami, FL 33157.
What do I need to use DTF transfers at home or in a small shop?
You need a heat press and a protective sheet, such as a non-stick press sheet or a silicone pad, for every press. An infrared thermometer is recommended because the display temperature and the platen temperature often differ, and a lint roller and a ruler are worth keeping at the press.
Our transfers use a hot-peel process: you press, then peel while the film is still warm. The DTF pressing guide covers settings by fabric and pressing at home.
Thinking about buying a printer instead? Buy DTF transfers or run a printer: compare the whole workflow lists the work that moves onto your team before you compare costs.
How do I order DTF transfers in Goulds, step by step?
- Choose the garment and decide where the design goes: left chest, full front, full back or sleeve.
- Write down the width and height you want in inches. The size on a garment label does not tell you the print size.
- Check the file: about 300 pixels per inch at the final size, a transparent background where you need one, and RGB colors. The artwork requirements show how.
- Choose a route in the DTF transfers collection: a gang sheet builder for several designs, the premade upload for a finished sheet, or ordering by size for individual pieces.
- Place the order and wait for our ready message. Then collect in Miami or track the shipment, and press.
How does a gang sheet work?
A gang sheet puts several designs on one sheet, and the price follows the sheet area you select. Sheets are 24.5 inches wide and between 6 and 300 inches long, from $2.99 for 24.5 × 6 in.
In the builder you select a sheet size, upload each design, enter its real printed width and height, duplicate it to the quantity you need and leave cutting space between designs. Review the whole sheet, including names, numbers, spelling and orientation, before checkout. If you already built the sheet elsewhere, use the premade upload instead.
Which method fits a small order: DTF, HTV or DTG?
Choose by what changes from piece to piece. Cut heat transfer vinyl can suit simple one-color names, while printed DTF suits multicolor outlines, gradients and full-color logos. DTF vs cut HTV for names, numbers and multicolor logos compares the work involved.
With DTG, the design is printed directly on the garment. With DTF, a printed transfer is applied to it later. Decide whether you need finished garments or transfers that you or someone else will press, and test a representative garment first. DTF vs DTG for a small clothing collection shows how to build a sample matrix.
Which fabrics and objects work with DTF and UV-DTF?
DTF transfers work on cotton, polyester and blends. UV-DTF is the hard-surface option: glass, acrylic, plastic, metal, packaging, drinkware, signs and product labels. It is not for fabric, needs no heat press, and an unfamiliar surface should be tested first. Start such projects in the UV-DTF stickers collection.
How good will the print look, and how do I check it?
Print quality starts with the file. For raster artwork, real pixels at the final size matter more than the file extension: a 4-inch-wide design needs about 1,200 pixels, and a 10-inch design needs about 3,000. A PNG keeps true transparency but does not create detail, and vector PDF, SVG or AI files scale cleanly for logos and lettering.
A screen and a printed transfer will not look identical, and a color can look different under other lighting. For a color that matters, send a physical or numeric reference and run it through the $10 sample gang sheet first (24.5 × 24 in, one per customer, and the $10 includes shipping within the contiguous U.S.).
What does a Goulds DTF order cost?
Area first: a 5 × 5 in design covers 25 square inches and an 8 × 10 in design covers 80. Then apply the rate: $0.02 per square inch on a gang sheet, $0.04 when you order by size. UV-DTF is $0.04 on a gang sheet and $0.06 by size, also per square inch.
Nothing sets a minimum, and no setup fee is added. The price of a configured product shows before checkout, with shipping calculated at checkout.
What is the 2:00 PM ET cutoff for Goulds orders?
Weekday orders that reach us by 2:00 PM ET paid, approved and print-ready can receive same-day production if capacity allows. That covers production only: shipping and delivery are separate steps, and pickup waits for the ready confirmation.
Where do Goulds customers pick up, and what about shipping?

Frequently asked questions
Is there a Transfer305 store in Goulds?
No. Transfer305 sells online. Orders are printed at DTF Chroma Zone in Miami and collected there after the ready confirmation, and shipping is available if you prefer it. No separate Goulds location exists, so use the Miami address shown on this page for pickup.
How much does one DTF transfer cost?
That depends on its size. Multiply width by height in inches and use $0.04 per square inch when ordering by size, or $0.02 per square inch on a gang sheet. With no minimum order, a single transfer is possible, and the configured price shows before you check out.
Can I print my own DTF transfers?
You can if you own the equipment, but you do not have to. Transfer305 prints the transfers and you press them with a heat press. Running your own printer adds maintenance, white-ink handling and film processing to your workload, so compare the whole workflow before you buy.
Can I try Transfer305 before a larger order?
Yes, with the $10 sample gang sheet: 24.5 × 24 in, one per customer, with shipping within the contiguous U.S. included in the price. Upload your own artwork, press it on the garment you use and judge the result before committing to a larger run.
Is there Spanish-language help for Goulds customers?
Yes. Spanish-speaking customers get the same help as English-speaking ones: write to sales@transfer305.com, call or message (305) 801-8267 on WhatsApp, and send your file, the size you need and your date so we can suggest the right route. Questions about pressing at home or choosing between a gang sheet and ordering by size are welcome.
