Where can I order DTF transfers for Pinecrest?

Pinecrest families, schools, clubs and small brands can order DTF transfers from Transfer305 by size, on a gang sheet or as an uploaded finished sheet. Orders are produced in Miami and then shipped or collected. By-size transfers are $0.04 per sq in, gang sheets are $0.02 per sq in, and no minimum quantity applies.

Transfer305 is the online store of DTF Chroma Zone, our production facility at 10775 SW 190th St Unit 7, Miami, FL 33157.

The rest of this page answers one practical question up front: how large should a transfer be when the same design goes on youth and adult garments?

How do I choose transfer sizes when one design goes on youth and adult garments?

Measure the space on the real garments instead of trusting the size on the label. These six steps work for one logo or a whole set of designs.

  1. Lay out the smallest and the largest garment in the order, and measure in inches the area where the design should sit on each.
  2. Decide the design width on the largest garment, and keep the proportions so the height follows from the width.
  3. Try that same width on the smallest garment. If it crowds the collar or the seams, add a second, smaller size. If it sits comfortably, one size may serve the whole run.
  4. Count copies per size, not per garment, because two sizes of one design are two line items with their own quantities.
  5. Check the file's pixel dimensions at the largest printed size. A file that looks sharp at the small size can fall short at the large one.
  6. Press one transfer on the smallest garment before you order the rest.

Why does a shirt size not tell me the print size?

Garment labels describe the body, not the printable area. Two adult-large shirts from different makers can have different chest widths and seam positions, so the measurement that counts is the space on the garment in front of you. The DTF pressing guide lists typical widths by placement as starting points, not as rules.

Which DTF transfer types can I order in Pinecrest?

How does ordering work, step by step?

  1. Measure the garments and settle the transfer sizes.
  2. Pick the route: by size, the builder or a premade upload.
  3. Add your artwork at its final print size, and enter the width, height and quantity for each design.
  4. Review the preview and the price, then pay.
  5. Wait for our ready confirmation, then collect the order in Miami or let it ship.

How much do DTF transfers cost in Pinecrest, and is there a minimum?

To price a design, multiply its width by its height and then by the rate: $0.04 per sq in by size, or $0.02 per sq in on a gang sheet. No minimum order and no setup fee apply. For scale, a full 24.5 × 24 in gang sheet is $11.49, and the shipping charge is added at checkout.

What is the weekday production cutoff for Pinecrest orders?

Subject to capacity, a qualifying weekday order that is paid, approved, print-ready and placed by 2:00 PM ET can receive same-day production. That covers production alone, while shipping and delivery are separate steps with their own timing.

Should I pick up in Miami or have the order shipped to Pinecrest?

Collect the order in Miami to skip carrier transit, or have it shipped if you would rather stay in Pinecrest. Pickup is at 10775 SW 190th St Unit 7, Miami, FL 33157, and starts once we send the ready confirmation, so hold off on the trip until you receive it.

What file and color settings give a clean print?

Supply raster artwork as a transparent PNG, and supply logos and lettering as vector PDF, SVG or AI files, all built at the final print size. Aim for about 300 pixels per inch at that size when practical: divide the pixel width by the printed width in inches to check it. Use RGB/sRGB color, and expect the printed transfer to differ from what a screen shows. If a brand color is critical, send a clear reference before a large run. The artwork requirements give the full checklist.

Heat transfer vinyl or DTF: which suits a T-shirt order?

It depends on the artwork. DTF prints detailed full-color designs, photos and gradients from a digital file, with no weeding and no screen, and several designs and sizes can share one sheet. Cut vinyl suits simple one-color lettering, while screen printing can make sense for a very large run of one unchanging design. Pick by artwork, quantity and date.

What does "ready to press" mean for DTF transfers?

A ready-to-press DTF transfer is already printed on film with its adhesive applied, so you position it, press it and peel the film. Hot peel is the standard here: press, then lift the film while it is still warm. Pre-press the garment briefly before you place the transfer, as the pressing guide describes.

Frequently asked questions

Can the same file be printed at two sizes?

Yes, as two line items, each with its own width, height and quantity. Start by checking the pixel dimensions at the larger size: printing smaller raises the effective resolution, while printing larger does not add detail. If the larger size falls short, send a bigger original or a vector file.

Is there a standard print size for an adult chest?

We do not set one, because chest width and seam position change from maker to maker. Measure the garment in front of you. The pressing guide lists typical widths by placement as starting points, and you can send us the garment type, the intended width and the file if you want a second opinion.

Does a small order cost extra?

No. Small orders carry no surcharge: there is no minimum quantity and no setup fee, and you pay the same per-sq-in rates, $0.04 by size and $0.02 on a gang sheet. Your product page shows the total for your configuration before checkout, and shipping is added at checkout.

Can someone help me in Spanish?

Yes, Spanish and English are both covered. Reach us at (305) 801-8267 by phone or WhatsApp, or write to sales@transfer305.com, and include the garment type, the intended width, the quantity and the file so we can suggest a route.

Where do I collect my order?

Orders are collected at our Miami production facility, 10775 SW 190th St Unit 7, Miami, FL 33157, after we confirm they are ready. Shipping is the alternative, with its cost priced at checkout. Please wait for the ready confirmation before traveling.
