DTF transfers for Wynwood brands, artists and venues

Wynwood streetwear labels, artists, galleries, cafés, taprooms and event crews can order custom DTF transfers from Transfer305, made in Miami. On a gang sheet the rate is $0.02 per square inch, and no minimum order applies. Pickup in Miami follows our ready confirmation, and shipping is the other option.

Transfer305 is the online store of DTF Chroma Zone, our production facility at 10775 SW 190th St Unit 7, Miami, FL 33157. Start in the DTF transfers collection, or drop your artwork and deadline into WhatsApp.

What can Wynwood makers put on DTF transfers?

Wynwood is known for its murals, galleries, restaurants and independent shops, and DTF suits that kind of small-batch creative work. The film transfers to cotton, polyester and blended fabrics, tri-blends, performance wear, hoodies, sweatshirts and totes. Think custom t-shirt printing for limited-run art tees, crewnecks for a gallery opening, totes for a pop-up market and staff shirts for a café or taproom.

Application is hot peel, so the carrier film comes off while the transfer is warm. The pressing guide lists settings for each fabric.

DTF or UV-DTF: which one fits a Wynwood product?

Fabric calls for DTF. Hard, smooth items call for UV-DTF stickers: tumblers, cups, glass, acrylic, plastic, metal, packaging and signs. UV-DTF skips the heat press, never goes on fabric, and deserves a test on any surface you have not used before.

Small product brands often order labels in quantity for bottles, jars, candles and souvenir items, about 100 to 400 per design and roughly 1 to 4.5 inches across. Set the width, height and a quantity per design on UV-DTF transfers by size.

How do I order DTF transfers for a Wynwood drop?

  1. Choose a route. The DTF gang sheet builder fits several designs on one sheet, while DTF transfers by size fits a single design at a set width and height.
  2. Upload the art at its final size.
  3. Review width, height and quantity. The price appears before checkout.
  4. Confirm the layout and pay.
  5. Choose shipping, or collect the order in Miami after our ready confirmation.

How much do DTF transfers cost in Wynwood, and is there a minimum?

Rates per square inch: $0.02 for DTF gang sheets, $0.04 for DTF transfers by size, $0.04 for UV-DTF gang sheets and $0.06 for UV-DTF by size. Nothing sets a minimum order, and there is no setup fee.

Two quick examples. A full 24.5 × 24 in DTF gang sheet is $11.49, enough room for a small capsule of designs. A 3 × 3 in UV-DTF label ordered by size covers 9 square inches for $0.54.

Is DTF a good fit for limited art drops compared with screen printing?

Limited drops tend to mix several colors, fine detail and small counts. DTF prints that artwork digitally, so no screen is burned per color and a reorder reuses the same file. Screen printing can still suit a large run of one simple design, cut vinyl handles one-color lettering, and sublimation suits light polyester.

How do I keep a brand color consistent from drop to drop?

Include the Pantone® reference, or an approved sample, with the file. Before printing, we compare the reference with our measured color data. A color inside our range prints to target. If a color falls outside it, we show the closest printable option before anything is printed. The DTF color matching page walks through approval.

Build files in RGB/sRGB at the final print size, around 300 PPI for raster art, with real transparency around the design. A screen never matches a transfer exactly, and light changes how a color reads, so judge proofs under standard printing-industry viewing conditions. Keep the approved file as the source for the next drop.

To try your art on your own garment before a larger run, order the DTF sample gang sheet: $10 shipped in the contiguous US, one per customer.

When can a print-ready Wynwood order get same-day production?

Same-day production is open to qualifying weekday orders that are placed by 2:00 PM ET, paid, approved and print-ready, and that fit within capacity. It describes production, not delivery. For a launch or opening date, count back from the day the pieces must be pressed and leave time for pickup or carrier transit.

Can I pick up my order in Miami, or have it shipped?

Both work. Pickup is at our Miami production facility once we confirm the order is ready, so hold off on the trip until that message arrives. Prefer not to travel? Choose shipping instead.

Frequently asked questions

Can I get a sample before a bigger Wynwood order?

Yes. A 24.5 × 24 in DTF sample gang sheet is $10 shipped within the contiguous US, limited to one per customer. It lets you test artwork, color and pressing on your own garment before a bigger run. UV-DTF labels are different: describe the surface to us before you order a quantity.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum applies and no setup fee is charged. A single transfer, one label or a full sheet goes through the same checkout. Gang sheets run $0.02 per square inch, and the price for your exact size and quantity shows before you pay.

Do you have a location in Wynwood?

Not in Wynwood. Everything is produced and picked up at DTF Chroma Zone in Miami, and pickup is arranged after the ready confirmation. If the trip is awkward, ask for shipping and include the date you need the order.

Can UV-DTF go on bottles, tumblers and glass?

Yes, on smooth hard surfaces such as glass, plastic, metal and acrylic, with no heat press. Clean and dry the surface, apply the decal with firm pressure, and test a curved or unfamiliar item before ordering a large quantity. UV-DTF does not go on fabric.

Do you print metallic gold or silver?

No. We do not print metallic inks. Gold and silver are simulated with process color, which gives a printed gold or silver tone rather than a reflective foil. Approve the look on a sample before a large run and keep the approved file for reorders.

What artwork file should an artist send?

A transparent PNG made at the final print size works well, as do vector PDF, SVG or AI files for logos and lettering. Aim for 300 PPI at that size for raster art, keep intentional white, remove only the background that should not print, and say what width and height you want.
